TASTING NOTES

Bright-looking wine, coppery salmon color. Pleasant aroma reminiscent of raspberry, currant and peach.

Aromatic in the mouth, balanced and with good presence, mineral and very fruity finish.

WINE HARMONIZATION SUGGESTION

Ideal to accompany gazpacho à Alentejana, Italian or oriental dishes and soft cheeses.
