TASTING NOTES

Limpid, citrus color with golden hints, very fine perlage in persistent cord. Young aroma with fruity notes of apple and apricot, complemented by a pleasant brioche.

In the mouth, a very fresh and harmonious classic profile, smooth mousse and a very persistent mineral finish.

WINE HARMONIZATION SUGGESTION

It proves to be very versatile, serves as an appetizer or at the table, excellent with fish dishes or cooked seafood.
