TASTING NOTES

Wine with a beautiful garnet color, slightly stony. With tertiary balsamic aromas, typical of the wine evolution, like crystallized red fruits wrapped in mint, cream, coconut and spices.

In the mouth it has a smooth taste, personalized, very balanced, involving, with a complex and prolonged finish.

WINE HARMONIZATION SUGGESTION

Ideal to harmonize with lamb stew, migas with pork or Alentejo cured cheeses, snacks, game dishes and sausages.
