TASTING NOTES

Dark ruby colored wine, with an aroma of black fruit jam, almost minty licorice. It has a dense, deep palate, with firm but smooth tannins, ripe black fruits, wrapped in light smoke and mint, with a very persistent finish.

WINE HARMONIZATION SUGGESTION

Ideal to accompany Alentejo pork dishes with migas and sausages.
